1. Do you provide tracking information for my watch?
Yes, our free shipping includes a tracking number. It will be sent to you within 1-3 business days via email once your order has been dispatched!
2. My tracking says "no information available at the moment". What do I do?
Sometimes, it takes 2-4 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If you still see "No Information Available At The Moment" 6 days after you have received your tracking number, please contact us at info@hannahmwatches.com
3. Where do you ship from?
Our warehouses are located in Europe, United States and Asia. Depending on the stock of inventory, we ship our products from different warehouses.
COUNTRIES - CUSTOMS, TAXES, DUTIES, AND FEES
If you are ordering outside from the US you might need to pay customs, taxes or duties. You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
Please be aware that Hannah M Watches does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.
